At the time when the members of the national groups of the senior managers demonstrators in Rabat ask for their right to the direct integration in the public sector, by peaceful manners, civilized demonstrations, sit-in, hunger strikes,….. and in the course of which they are always confronted with the most brutal repressions causing grave wounds to the militants, as bruises and fractures, abortions and long-lasting handicaps,….. the Moroccan government has however, subjected to the high council of the public sector a project aiming at the abolition of direct recruitment and the institution of competition for the graduates of the superior. graduates of the superior graduatesof the superior In this context, the national groups of the senior managers organized a sit-in of peaceful protest in front of the siege of the national School of administration on Monday, November 10th, 2008, at 10 am, to express their profound dissatisfaction and their total refusal of this decision which aims at abolishing their right guaranteed by the ministerial decrees 99/695 and 99\688, as well as to denounce the repression undergoes by the members of the groups who exercise the most fundamental Human rights that's: right to protest and right to the physical security, while asking to Sir Prime Minister to intervene immediately to put an end to this social bleeding and to prevent humanitarian disasters in the future.dis as ters in the futuredisasters in thefuture |

The national coordination of the senior managers (TANSIKIYA) organized on Monday, November 3rd, at 4 pm, a sit-in in front of the Parliament to make listen their voices to the deputies who were discussing the project of the law of finance for year 2009. As usual, and in every sit-in, the auxiliary forces were in appointment and intervened with violence, wounding 10 persons among them two were seriously wounded in the head. Tuesday morning, the senior managers chose the ministries of the modernization of the public sector and the Ministry of the economic and general affairs as place of sit-in, chanting slogans condemning the politics of procrastination pursued by the government and the hesitation at the liberation of the posts reserved for the senior managers of the coordination. These senior managers who were shocked by the suspect results of the Ministry of Education on February 5th, 2008. This demonstration ended in a dialogue with the General Secretary of the ministry, who promised to prepare a meeting with the Minister in the near futur. On Wednesday, November 05th, on the eve of the anniversary of the green march, the senior managers of the coordination went through the streets of Rabat wearing green color and asking for the recovery of the posts which were stolen from them. The march began near the Moroccan siege of the union of the work by way of the avenue Hassan II, of the door of chella, of Hassan and finally of the avenue Mohammed V where is the siege of the parliament defying banners calling to the dignity and to the decent life and condemning the procrastination of the government on case of the senior managers. This demonstration did not escape to the provocations of the auxiliary forces vehicules which remained clunging to her.
In front of this situation, National Coordination of the unemployed senior managers declares what follows: - We denounce the barbaric interventions of the auxiliary forces against the senior managers during the peaceful demonstrations. - Our attachment to our just and legal right in the immediate integration in the public sector according to ministerial decrees 888/99 and 695/99 and the governmental record of august 2nd, 2007. - Our demand to the government to free at once the posts reserved for our senior managers and we insist on the global and direct regulation according to its electoral program, - Our demand to the government to complete the resolution of situation of Doctors and Senior Managers of Tansikiya who were excluded from the last resolution of the doubtful competitive recruitment of the Ministry of Education. - Our request for support from all governmental and political authority, all organizations supporter of human rights, and also syndicates and the media to our just claiming for the employment and dignity. |

National Coordination of the Senior Managers Unemployed Person (TANSIKIYA) is one of present group in Rabat for about 2 years. Tansikiya is the result of the merger in February 2008 of 21 groups. Besides the job application which united these groups, they also shares the signature of August 2nd, 2007 Report with the government. All these groups share also the difficulty of life and its quality which is characterized by the simplicity of the meals that they get in the Moroccan of the working union headquarters cafeteria ; and the narrow housing which they share (7 persons shares a room of 8 metres squared) ; to lower the expenses of food and rent.. Often the peaceful demonstrations of the Doctors and the Senior Managers take departure in the office of the union moroccan of the work after a speech calling up to the union and to the patience. The march takes place then in the public Rabat avenues. The demonstration is supervised by several committees: committee of the ground, the committee of the organization and the committee of the slogans which coordinate to make a success of the demonstration. Among the active committees, there is also a medical one which presents the first care to the wounded persons. The mission of the photographer and the cameraman remains that the more delicate because if ever he is taken by the agents of repression, who want at all costs to suffocate their aggression, he will undergo a physical and material damage. So, the daily repression of the Doctors and the Senior Managers, in the avenues of Rabat, which makes sink a lot of blood, it also makes sink a lot of ink into the press in several languages. In spite of all these difficulties, the militants of TANSIKIYA have a courage and a patience who did not change……a thumb. |
